三、监控托辊轴承的振动情况。轴承振动对托辊轴承的损伤很敏感，例如剥落、压痕、锈蚀、裂纹、磨损等都会在轴承振动测量中反映出来。所以，通过采用特殊的轴承振动测量器(频率分析器等)可测量出振动的大小，然后根据预设标准来判断是否会对抽成造成损伤。
