托滚轴承托滚配件主要针对洗煤厂、焦化厂、化工厂等侵蚀性环境研制，在这些行业中广泛使用和推广，主要材料采用我公司研制的托滚专用高分子材料，与普通托滚配件比拟，这种托滚配件具有以下特点：
Roller bearings and roller accessories are mainly developed for corrosive environments such as coal washing plants, coking plants, chemical plants, etc. They are widely used and promoted in these industries. The main materials used are the special polymer materials for rollers developed by our company. Compared with ordinary roller accessories, this type of roller accessory has the following characteristics:

(1) The structure of the roller accessories is reasonable and the sealing is reliable. The roller accessories are equipped with two seals, with high manufacturing accuracy. In open spaces, special lubricating grease is applied inside, which can effectively prevent corrosive media such as dust, gas, and liquid from entering the inner part of the roller and damaging the bearings. (2）托滚配件重量轻，旋转惯性小。托滚专用高分子材料重量轻，比重是钢材的七分之一，用这种材料制成的托滚，重量是普通托滚配件的二分之一左右，旋转惯性小，托滚与皮带之间的摩擦小，有效的减少之间的摩擦。

(3）耐磨损，使用寿命长。托滚滚体专用的高分子材料，其机械机能类似于青铜，具有很好的耐磨性，而且具有良好的自润滑机能，不伤皮带。

(4）托滚配件防腐机能优胜。滚体及密封件都用高分子材料制作，耐侵蚀。在侵蚀性场合使用，使用寿命可达到普通托滚配件的5倍以上。高分子耐侵蚀托滚规格包括φ89、φ108、φ133、φ159等4大系列，30多个品种，也可根据用户的要求制造非标托滚。滚体材料有MC尼龙和聚胺脂两大类，根据使用环境中侵蚀性物质的特性选择。
(4) Excellent anti-corrosion performance of roller accessories. The rolling body and sealing components are made of polymer materials, which are corrosion-resistant.
