机床铸件的加工精度直接影响着机床的自身成本,国内市场上大多数机床铸件,和机床床身价目高低差别很大,导致价格高低差的原因是:铸件的加工质量与成本对机床价格有着密切的关系。铸件加工精度要求高,将会使加工过程复杂化,导致铸件成本上升。

标准gb/t1031-1995规定了铸件表面粗糙度的评定参数及其数值。一般是采用轮廓算术偏差值检测铸件表面粗糙度,常见加工方法一般能达到的表面粗糙度值。一般情况下,铸件表面越光滑,使用性能 越好,寿命长,但制造成本也会相应增加。机床铸件开箱后必须进行热时效处理,消除内应力,使铸件结构稳定,性能好。之后再进行粗、精加工。 分开进行,还应安排人工退火或时效处理来消除铸件的应力。种种工序下来也 决定了铸件的成本,所以说铸件的价格低,是因为本身的质量不高。性价比也低,所以在机床铸件的选择上,不要单纯的看重价格的高低,要看性价比。机床铸件一般采用树脂砂铸造,才能完全保证它的硬度和质量。机床床身,机床横梁,立柱,床身底座等都要保证硬度在HT250以上,树脂砂铸件能保证机床铸件这一要求,但它的成本也高,因为采用树脂,比一般的水泥沙铸件要高几倍,但质量 好很多。

Machine tool castings are generally cast using resin sand to fully ensure their hardness and quality. The hardness of machine tool bed, machine tool crossbeam, column, bed base, etc. must be ensured to be above HT250. Resin sand castings can meet this requirement for machine tool castings, but their cost is also high because resin is used, which is several times higher than ordinary cement sand castings, but the quality is much better.
